Mexican Salsa Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 C. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 C. of your favorite salsa
- 1/2 C. ground beef, browned and crumbled
- 4 baked potatoes
Directions
In microwave, heat the cheese and salsa till melted and smooth. Stir cheese sauce into cooked meat. Split each potato; fill with meat mixture. Garnish with sliced green onions.
