Mexican Style Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/3 C. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 C. lime juice
- 1/4 C. chopped cilantro
- 1/4 C. chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary de-stemmed
Directions
Put all ingredients in plastic bag and mix together. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes to marinade. Pull out and let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before grilling. Set grill at medium-low and put chicken on, shut the lid and leave for about 7-8 minutes. Turn and finish cooking on other side.
