Pico de Gallo is one of the most common Mexican side dishes. It goes great with everything. Put it on top of tacos, put it in your tacos, or drop it in a soup; there is no bad combination when it comes to Pico de Gallo. This dish is really easy to make. All you need are some vegetables and you’re practically good to go.

  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cilantro, minced
  • 1 cup corn off the cob
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • Salt

Place tomatoes, avocados, corn, and cilantro in a bowl. Toss ingredients until thoroughly combined. Mix ingredients while pouring lime juice over the top. Sprinkle a little salt over the top. Serve.
