  • 1 lb of pork
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • 5 flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 c. of cabbage, shredded
  • 0.5 c. of cilantro, chopped
  • 1 c. of pickles, sliced
  • 0.5 c. of parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp of lime juice

Brown pork with onions on a skillet, until cooked through. Brush sandwich with olive oil, place pork on the bottom of each side. Top with chopped red onion, shredded cabbage and sliced pickles. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, and garnish with chopped cilantro. Drizzle lime juice on top, and serve.
