Mexican Style Short Ribs
- 4 lb. beef short ribs
- 1 can beef broth (10-1/2 oz.)
- 1 package taco seasoning mix (1/4-oz.)
- 1/4 C. green pepper - chopped
In large skillet brown ribs; pour off excess fat. Mix beef broth with dry taco mix; add green pepper. Add to meat to cooker; pour sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Yield: 6 Servings.
