Mexican Supper
Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 8 oz. pkg. 4 cheese Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 3 tsp. crushed garlic
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bag nacho chips
Directions
Brown the ground beef and drain well. Using the directions on the pkg. of taco seasoning, and using the diced tomatoes, add the taco seasoning and tomatoes to the meat. Let simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and onion. Cover the bottom of a 9x12 oiled casserole dish with the refried beans. Then layer the meat and taco seasoning and tomato mixture over the beans. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top all. Bake in 350 degree oven till cheese melts. Serve hot with tortilla or nacho chips.
