Microave Mint Dark Chocolate Bark Garnished with Fresh Mint

- 1 lb. dark chocolate chips
- 1 box candy canes
- Mint garnish
Cover cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper. In 8-cup microwavable bowl or 2-quart microwavable casserole dish, place crushed chocolate and crushed candy canes. Microwave uncovered on High 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until almost melted. Stir until smooth. Place candies into melted coating. Stir coating to mix evenly. On cookie sheet, spread coating evenly. Let stand about 1 hour or until cool and hardened. Break into pieces and garnish with mint.
