Cut out the time-consuming saucepan and make delicious fudge in a snap

  • 1 stick of margarine
  • 1 box of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 C. of milk
  • 10 Large or 1 C. miniature marshmallows
  • 6oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 12oz jar of peanut butter
  • Walnuts (or pecans (optional))

Melt margarine in microwave (helps to cut up stick of margarine). Add confectioners’ sugar, milk, marshmallows and chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Add peanut butter and nuts if preferred. Stir and pour into pan to cool. You can use different size pans depending on the thickness of the fudge you prefer. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Once fudge has set, use paper towels to blot excess margarine from fudge.
