Microwave Onion Soup

Ingredients
- 1 C. thinly sliced onions
- 2 Tbs. margarine
- 1 can condensed beef broth
- 1 slice toasted French bread
- 1/2 C. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
In a 1-quart glass dish, combine onions and margarine. Cook 2-3 minutes until onions are soft. Stir. Add beef broth and cook on High for 2-3 minutes. Stir. Pour into large soup bowls. Cover mixture with bread slice and sprinkle with cheeses. Cook, uncovered, for 45 seconds on High until cheese is melted.
