Microwave Tuna Casserole
- 2 cans tuna in water (drained)
- 1 C. cheese, grated
- Mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk or water
- Potato chips
- 10" x 3" casserole dish (mine is round)
Spread a thin layer of chips in a 10-inch round casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 can of tuna over it. Mix mushroom soup with milk or water. Pour 1/4 of the mushroom soup over top of tuna. Top with 1/4 C. of cheese. Repeat this for 3 more layers.
Put in microwave on high until the mushroom soup is bubbly and the cheese is melting.
