Ingredients
- 4 pita breads (6 inch)
- 1/2 C. roasted garlic-flavored or regular hummus
- 1 C. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 sm. onion, sliced
- 2 C. shredded fresh spinach
- 1 lg. tomato, seeded, chopped (1 C.)
- 1/4 C. sliced rip or Kalamata olives
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In ungreased 15 X 10 X 1-inch pan, place pita breads. Spread hummus on each pita bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top each pizza with onion, spinach, tomato and olives before serving.
