  • 2 C. all-purpose flour
  • Dash salt
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 ½ sticks butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • ½ C. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 C. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 C. white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda; set aside. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Mix in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually mix in flour mixture until combined. Gently stir in chocolate and white chocolate chips. Spread out cookie dough into a greased baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
