  • 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 scallions
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 oz. feta cheese

Cook the millet in boiling water until tender. In a nonstick skillet, heat the oil and add in the rest of the ingredients. Add in the seasoning. 1 tsp. of oil. Cook the patties over medium-heat and flip to cook other side once tender.
