- 2 oz. champagne
- 8 oz.orange juice
- 1/2 C. strawberries
- 3 Tbs. orange juice
- Mix together the champagne and 8 oz. of orange juice. Use half of this mixture to fill popsicle molds 1/3 of the way full.
- Allow layer to almost freeze completely then insert popsicle sticks.
- Mix together the strawberries and 3 Tbs. orange juice. Pour into molds. Freeze.
- Add the rest of the champagne and orange juice mixture.
