  • 1 flatbread, store bought
  • 1 pesto spread
  • 3oz fresh Brie cheese, sliced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425F. Cut the flatbread into 6 pieces and spread the pesto sauce evenly on the pieces. Top flatbread with Brie slices and tomatoes. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and serve hot.
