  • 1 bag mini candy eggs
  • 1 box chocolate brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1/2 C. vegetable oil
  • 1 container milk chocolate frosting

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a mini muffin pan. Mix the brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil with a mixer until smooth. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups and bake for 16 minutes until they are set. Cool 30 minutes. Put the frosting in a piping bag and squeeze some onto each cupcake. Top with candy eggs and serve.
