The only dessert better than cake is a mini cake, in our humble opinion! Why is that, you ask? Mini cakes are even easier to share…or to keep all to yourself. This sweet mix of cherry and chocolate will brighten up any gathering.

Ingredients

  • pkg Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 can Lite Cherry Pie Filling
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 pkg vanilla frosting
  • Fresh cherries for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. For small cakes, use a muffin tin. Create cake mix according box instructions and mix well with other ingredients. Pour into muffin tins and bake for 25-30 minutes or until done. Top with vanilla frosting. Garnish with fresh cherries if desired.
