  • 1 can 8 oz. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 3/4 sticks butter
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1 T. powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in medium pan. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla and stir evenly. Heat until it thickens. Spread each individual crescent roll flat. Peel and core the apple and chop into 8 slices. Top each crescent with an apple slice and roll tightly. Place them in a baking dish and cover with sweet mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
