Mini Pizza Puffs

- 3/4 C. Bisquick
- 3/4 C. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 C. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 C. pizza sauce
- 2 tsp. fresh basil, finely diced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 24 cup mini-muffin pan. In a large bowl, whisk together Bisquick and oregano. Whisk in the milk and egg. Stir in the mozzarella. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Stir the batter and divide among the muffin cups. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until puffed and golden. Warm the pizza sauce, then stir in 1 tsp. basil. Sprinkle the puffs with the remaining 1 tsp. basil. Serve the puffs with the sauce for dipping.
