Mini Reubens
Ingredients
- 30 slices party rye bread
- 1/4 C. Dijon
- 4 oz. thinly sliced cooked corned beef
- 1 8 oz. can sauerkraut, drained, rinsed
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 C. finely shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
Arrange bread slices on baking sheet, broil 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted. Spread mustard blend on one side. Arrange corned beef on each bread slice, cut to fit. Sprinkle with cheese and broil till cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes. Must serve at once.
