  • 1 lb. loaf unsliced French bread
  • 1 bottle of mayonaisse
  • 10 slices fully cooked ham
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1-1/2 C. shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
