  • 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 C. mayonnaise
  • 3 T. ketchup
  • 1/3 grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 C. plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. herbs de provence
  • 1/2 tsp. ancho chili pepper

Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a small skillet, sauté onions with garlic until soft and fragrant. In a large bowl, add turkey and remaining ingredients. Once onions and garlic have slightly cooled, add to turkey mixture and combine until just combined. Form into mini loaves, or oblong balls, and place on a roasting pan. Bake for one hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
