  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 C. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1/2 C. cranberry sauce
  • 1 3/4 C. dried cranberries
  • 1 C. slivered almonds

Follow directions of cake mix package. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and add sugar slowly until mixture is fluffy. Add eggs one a time. Pour in milk. Mix well. Fill a little of a quarter in each cupcake tray. Pour cranberry sauce evenly. Add dried cranberries and almonds. Bake according to cake mix or until cakes are golden brown.
