Mint Chocolate Bark

- 1 16-oz. pkg. vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark), broken into pieces
- 1/2 C. mint candy-coated chocolate candies
Cover cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper. In 8-cup microwavable bowl or 2-quart microwavable casserole dish, place candy coating. Microwave uncovered on High 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until almost melted. Stir until smooth.
Place candies into melted coating. Stir coating to mix evenly.
On cookie sheet, spread coating evenly. Let stand about 1 hour or until cool and hardened. Break into pieces.
