Mint Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 Package (6 ounces) Junior mints or any type of chocolate mints that your prefer
- lace the mints in the freezer as you use frozen mints in this recipe
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- ¾ C. Sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust-you can make this yourself or buy one already prepared
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add the vanilla stirring to mix well.
Add the eggs one at a time stirring well after each egg.
Pour into pie crust.
Cut the mints into small pieces and sprinkle over top of filling.
Bake for forty to forty-five minutes
Cool then chill for several hours.
