Minty Chocolate Banana Crepes

- 1 cup Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 4 Tbsp Orange Juice
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbs Milk
- 1 tbs Butter
- ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Banana, Peeled and Sliced
- Chocolate Syrup
- Mint Leaves
In a bowl, combine the flour, egg, 1 cup yogurt, baking powder, orange juice, maple syrup and milk into a batter.
In a skillet, oil the pan then pour 4 tbs of the batter into the pan.
Make sure to move the pan around so the batter covers the surface of the pan. Cook on medium heat for about 1 minute.
Use a spatula to flip over and cook the other side for about 10 seconds.
Once all the crepes are finished, put them on a plate.
Place banana slices on one half and fold the other half of the crepe on top.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with mint.
