  • 1 15.5 oz. package Chocolate Wafer Sandwich Cookies, crushed
  • 8 Tbs. (1 stick) Butter, melted
  • 3 C. Peppermint Ice Cream, softened
  • 1 8 oz. carton Frozen Whipped Cream Topping, thawed

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cookie crumbs and butter until well-incorporated. Press the cookie crust onto the bottom of an 8" cake pan. Spread ice cream evenly over cookie crust. Cover with foil and freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until firm. Spoon a large dollop of whipped cream atop each slice of cake before serving.
