Mixed Berry Chocolate Pie

- 1 Roll of Pie Crust
- 1 1/ 2 Cups Blueberries
- 1 1/2 Cups Raspberries
- 1 1/2 Cups Cherries
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- ¼ cup Chopped Sweetened Baking Chocolate
- ⅛ cup Beer, preferably a dark brew
- 1 Cup of Chocolate Powder
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Mix sugar and cornstarch together in small bowl.
Mix berries together in a large bowl.
Add in sugar and cornstarch mixture, chocolate, and beer.
Pour into pie crust. Save a small amount to garnish the top of the pie.
Put rolled crust on top and mold around the pie. Get rid of excess crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with chocolate powder and let cool.
Garnish with berries.
