Mixed Berry Crumble Tart

Ingredients
- pastry crust
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 1/2 C. fresh blueberries
- 1 C. fresh raspberries
- 2/3 C. sugar
- 2 Tbs. cornstarch
- 3/4 C. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/3 C. butter or margarine, melted
Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees. In large bowl, gently toss berries with 2/3 cup sugar and cornstarch. Spoon into pie crust.
In small bowl, stir flour, 1/2 cup sugar, the orange peel and butter with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over berries.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until fruit bubbles in center. Serve warm.
