  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • ½ lb. prawns
  • ½ lb. salmon, chopped
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

Combine olive oil, tomato juice, tomatoes, and water in a deep sauce pan and bring to a boil
Add prawns and salmon and allow about 2 minutes to soften
Add garlic and bell pepper and allow about 2 minutes of cook time
Stir mixture for an additional 7 minutes for everything to cook thoroughly
