Also, the crockpot leaves the meat tender and the boosts the flavors of every ingredient that you use! It’s simple to make and great to eat!

  • 3 lbs. chicken fillets, cubed
  • 2 red peppers, sliced
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 yellow peppers, sliced
  • ½ cup cremini mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Skewers

Season chicken with salt, pepper, chili powder, and soy sauce
Skewer meat, alternating between vegetables, mushrooms, and chicken
Place kebabs into crockpot (you may have to trim the skewers in order for them to fit)
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours (or low for about 2 to 3 hours)
Remove from oven and enjoy (you can place the kebabs on a hot grill for about 1 minute to get that nice smoky flavor)
