Mixed Vegetable Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
- 1/2 med. onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 C. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 med. green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 C. white rice, uncooked
- 1 C. wild rice, uncooked
- 4 C. chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Saute all vegetables and wild rice together until onions are transparent. Add white rice, chicken stock, and spices, and blend well while simmering. Continue to simmer covered on stove over low heat for another 30 minutes.
