Ingredients

  • 1/4 head broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 C. black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 C. tomato, fresh and sliced
  • 1/2 C. carrots, julienne sliced
  • 1 1/2 C. uncooked corkscrew pasta
  • 1 1/2 C. Italian dressing or vinaigrette dressing of your choice

Directions

Boil pasta until cooked al dente and rinse well.  Add cooked pasta and dressing to vegetables and toss to mix well.  Let stand, refrigerated, for 6-8 hours to marinate.
