Mmm Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 sm. can chick peas, rinsed and drained.
- 1 lemon, juiced and 1/4 of the zest
- 2-4 tsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1-2 pinch dill, optional
- 8-10 Tbs. tahini
- 6-8 Tbs. water
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 grinds black pepper
Directions
Combine 1/2 the lemon juice and remaining ingredients in food processor. Adjust dill to taste. Add more lemon juice if too thick. Once lemon juice is used, add water to your desired consistency.
