Mocha Fluff
Ingredients
- l envelope gelatin
- l/4 C. water
- l/4 C sugar
- l/4 tsp. salt
- l l/2 C. hot, strong coffee
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water. Add sugar, salt and hot coffee, stirring thoroughly to dissolve. Add lemon juice and cool. When nearly set, beat until stiff. Add egg whites and continue beating until mixture holds its shape. Turn into molds and chill.
