This is great for icing on vanilla cake.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. confectioners' sugar
  • 3 Tbs. butter
  • 2 Tbs. coffee
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add coffee and vanilla. Mix smooth. Spread on cake. Chill cake.
