  • 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (3.9 oz.) Jello chocolate instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 3/4 C. instant mocha mix
  • 1 Tbs. water
  • 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate, divided into 8 squares
  • 2 C. whipped topping

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, yogurt, 1/2 C. mocha and water with electric mixer until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes or until well mixed. Chop 4 chocolate squares. Stir into batter. Pour in 2 greased 9-inch round pans. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Stir remaining mocha mix into whipped topping. When cake is cool, spread frosting between layers and on top of cake.
