Mock Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 C. dark corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 C. coconut
- 1/2 C. uncooked quick-cooking oats
- 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Directions
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add syrup and salt, beat well. Beat eggs and gradually add to other ingredients, beating thoroughly. Stir in coconut and oats. Pour into pie shell and bake in 350 degree F. oven for 50 minutes.
