  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ C. eggnog
  • 1 package of carrot cake mix
  • Drizzle:
  • ½ C. eggnog

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs and the eggnog. Gradually add in the carrot cake mix. Grease a baking pan with cooking spray. Add in the mixture. Let the cake bake for 40 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle ½ C. of eggnog over the baked cake. The cake should absorb the eggnog. Serve and enjoy.
