  • 4 overripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 C. sugar
  • ½ C. maple syrup
  • ½ C. butter
  • 1 ½ C. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. In a bowl, add in the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mash the overripe bananas. Add in the maple syrup, butter and vanilla extract. Mix well. Add in dry ingredient mixture. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Slice it up and serve. Enjoy.
