Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter, softened
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 C. granulated sugar
  • ¾ C. whole milk
  • ¼ C. buttermilk
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar together. Slowly add in the eggs. Next, pour in half of the milk and half of the flour. Mix in the remaining once it’s thoroughly combined. Add the vanilla and lemon juice. Pour mixture into a bundt pan and bake for one hour on 300 degrees. Serve with fresh berries!
