  • 1¼ C. all-purpose flour
  • 1¼ C. sugar
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ½ C. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¾ C. red wine
  • ½ C. dried cranberries
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 stick butter, plus extra for greasing
  • 6 oz. dark or semi-sweet chocolate
  • ½ C. chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the flour, salt, and sugar. Melt the butter and chocolate together and soak the cranberries in the wine. Combine all of the ingredients and pour the batter in a greased brownie pan. Bake the dessert for 30-40 minutes until the brownie is at your desired gooiness.
