  • 1 ½ lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ C. milk
  • ½ C. onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ C. breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp. sage
  • ¼ C. ketchup
  • 3 T. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and sage. Mix in ground beef until evenly incorporated and shape into a loaf the fits into your crockpot. Transfer to your greased crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours until cooked through. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, pour over meatloaf, and cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
