  • 6 skinless chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons coffee flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Mole Sauce

Mix the flour, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and onion powder in a small bowl. Coat the chicken with the rub in a large bowl. Add the honey and olive oil and coat the chicken completely. Cover and chill for 4 hours. Put the marinated chicken in a baking tray lined with foil and bake for half an hour. Turn the chicken occasionally. Meanwhile, warm the mole sauce in a microwavable bowl. Drizzle the drumsticks with mole sauce and serve.
