Mom Ellen's 2-Alarm Texas Style Chicken Chili

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts (you can substitute coarse ground or diced beef chuck, round steak, stew meat, venison, or turkey)
- 1 lg. can diced tomatoes (or Rotel tomatoes)
- 1/3 C. chili powder
- 1 Tbs. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1 Tbs. paprika
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbs. onion flakes
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbs. Masa or any thickening agent
- 2 cans great Northern beans
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1-2 C. chicken broth
Directions
Do not drain any ingredients. Dump everything into your crock pot or slow cooker and simmer for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
