This recipe belongs to one of the best cooks I know: my mom. In English, "aga" is the combination of the sandwich's two main ingredients: avocado and egg. In Korean, "aga" means baby. In this sense, this sandwich is simple, quick and low in calories. This tasty sandwich will leave you feeling light, yet fully satisfied.

1 sandwich


  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. diced onions
  • 2 wheat bread slices
  • 1 tomato slice

Boil egg for 10-15 mins. 

Meanwhile, peel and cut 1/4 avocado, dice 1/2 tbsp. onions, and peel and crush boiled egg into bite-sized pieces. Put all ingredients into small bowl. Add 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise and mix.   

Toast 2 wheat bread slices on frying pan with little olive oil or butter, or place in toaster.  

Spread the avocado-egg-onion-mayonnaise mixture onto 2 wheat bread slices and add 1 tomato slice.
