Mom's Fried Bologna Sandwiches

- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 to 2 slices thick-cut bologna
- 1 slice American cheese
- 1 tsp. mayonnaise
- 2 slices white bread
1. In a nonstick sauté pan, add butter, and heat over medium-high heat. Add bologna to the pan, and cook until brown on each side about 1 to 2 minutes each. Top with the slice of cheese, and remove the pan from the heat.
2. Meanwhile, add mayonnaise to both slices of bread. Brown them in the pan. Top one slice of bread with the fried bologna and melted cheese, add the second piece of bread, and serve.
