  • 1 lb. chicken
  • 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tub sour cream
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bag plain tortilla chips
  • 2 C. shredded chedder cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil chicken, cool and then debone. Crush chips and spread on bottom of oblong baking dish. Spread chicken over chips. Cook soups and Ro-tel tomatoes, sour cream and chopped onion in a sauce pan on medium until creamy, be careful not to scorch. Pour this mixture over chicken. Add shredded cheese and bake in oven uncoverd for about 35 minutes.
