The best potato salad I've ever eaten. Always gone at the cookouts and get togethers. Simple to make anytime, even just for you. Tastes delicious.

  • 6 to 12 cubed potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. sweet relish, to taste
  • 1/2 C. mustard or to taste
  • 3 to 4 boiled eggs, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Boil diced potatoes until tender. Do not overcook. Drain water. Mix in mayonnaise and stir lightly. Next mix in mustard, stir lightly. Add all other ingredients stirring lightly after each ingredient. Is fantastic while it is still warm but is also fantastic cold. You can add more mayonnaise or mustard to your families taste. Some like more some less. This will make it your own families recipe. Enjoy!
