Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 zucchini, cut into long strands
  • 3 small mozzarella balls
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • ½ cup of black olives

Directions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then cook on skillet for 7 minutes, or until browned and crumbly. Drain and degrease the skillet.
Next mix the spaghetti sauce into ground beef; cook and stir until sauce is warmed through, about 2 minutes.
Mix zucchini "noodles" into sauce, pressing down to fully submerge them; simmer over medium-low heat until zucchini is tender, about 10 minutes.
To serve, place noodles on a plate along with the sauce mix in the middle.
Cut mozzarella bells on halves and place them over the sauce along with the black olives in the middle of each cut ball.
